Scholarship Criteria
One-year scholarships for students residing in Howard or Winneshiek County and attending Northeast Iowa Community College. Priority for students who demonstrate financial need. To apply for this scholarship, please contact the Northeast Iowa Community College financial aid office.
Give to the Fund
Financial gifts to the Decorah Bank and Trust and Cresco Bank Scholarship Fund with the Winneshiek County Community Foundation allows the Community Foundation to award financial assistance to students pursuing higher education. As the cost of tuition continues to rise, it is more important now than ever to diminish the barrier of affordability and allow students to focus on what is most important - their education.
