At the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa, we are committed to creating a region where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Through a lens of equity, we work in partnership with donors, community organizations, government, business leaders, and other funders to address the region's most pressing challenges. We lead, support, facilitate, and listen, and we direct funding where it is most needed, and our success is measured by the impact we make.
Our Local Community Foundations
Our region encompasses 20 counties in Iowa. We collaborate with our network of local community foundations to identify unique local needs and opportunities to create a regional impact.
Strong nonprofits equal strong communities. We focus on six core grantmaking areas to guide grant decisions. This framework allows us to make impacts that meet the needs of our region and inspire generosity.
CFNEIA leads programs connecting people to their community through education, collaboration, and grantmaking and partners with other organizations to develop community solutions and strengthen the nonprofit sector.
