All Aboard: Training for Fundraising Excellence
If your nonprofit organization is like many others, your board members struggle in their role as fundraisers. In most organizations, fundraising expectations are either nonexistent or not clearly articulated; in some organizations, the expectations are clear, yet members remain unengaged in fundraising efforts; and in a small number of organizations, board members thrive in this role.
This session is designed to help participants answer three key questions:
1. What role can board members play as fundraisers?
2. Why do board members struggle in this role?
3. How are some organizations achieving success in this area?
SPACE IS LIMITED SO RSVP TODAY
This FREE program is available to all area nonprofits. We encourage your board members and senior staff, including development staff, to attend. Sign up early as space is limited. Make sure to register by Thursday, May 16. Light refreshments will be available.
